Homemade shrimp salad, for sandwiches

Just a perfect way to eat a typical danish lunch

  • 400 g shrimps, thawed
  • 3 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbps sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 can white asparagus , drained
  • pinch of ground peper
  • pinch of sugar
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • chives
1) Make sure that shrimps and asparagus are well drained , otherwise the salad will be too soggy
In a bowl mix together mayo, sour cream, salt , pepper and sugar. Carefully mix in shrimps and asparagus , tast with more salt ,pepper or sugar till your liking, ( not to sweet )
Serve in a bowl with tomatoes and chives on top.
Serve the Danish version on top of rye bread or on top white bread. If you like you can make a sandwich for picnics or for your lunch box
