Pork roast sandwich

Great way to use all the left over from the cooked pork belly or pork roast.
1 Serving

  • 1 Burger bun
  • 2 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Red cabbage, Pickled
  • Pickled dild cucumbers , sliced
  • 2 slices Pork roast or pork belly, leftovers

Heat the bun in the oven so it get a bit crisp on the outside.

Add light mayo on the top of the bottom bun, drain the red cabbage so its not soggy, and add it on the bottom bun. Layer the pork roast and season with salt and pepper. Add pickled cucumber, top with the top of the bun.
