I really don’t know why its called Swedish Sausage dish, because we eat it a lot here in Denmark. It’s easy to make and just taste so good
4 Servings

  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1⁄ 2 dl heavy cream
  • 1⁄ 2 tsp salt

  • finely chopped chives

1) Slice potatoes and sausages in bite size pieces. Finely chop the onion.

2) In cooking pot , melt the butter and let it get golden/brown, sauté onions about 1 min. Add paprika and sausages and sauté for 3 min. Turn down the heat and add the potatoes , tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients. Let it boil for 10 min. ( if to fluid smooth it out with cornstarch mixed with water )
