Creamy blue cheese sauce for meat and poultry

Great and last minutes fancy sauce, always a hit for blue cheese lovers
4 persons

  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 150 g Blue cheese, (of your choice )
  • 2 tbsp water
  • freshly ground black pepper

In a sauce pan with 2 tbsp of water - add mascarpone and blue cheese, over low low heat melt while stirring frequently so it don’t get burned. When its on the first bubbles show , turn of the heat and pour over your favourite meat or poultry
