Bacon sushi

Holy Moly - what a treat, great way to start a Sunday morning , or grat for small canapés with drinks .
2 servings

  • 10 slices bacon
  • 5 dl potatoes (croquettes , works awesome)
  • 2,5 dl cheddar
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 egg
  • 3 toothpicks
  • aluminum foil

1 ) Mix potatoes, cheddar, eggs and jalapeños, in bowl

Spread aluminum foil out on a baking pan.

Make a bacon weave

Press potatoes mix, like a sausage and place in one end of the bacon. Roll the bacon around the potatoes - be careful NOT to include aluminum foil.

Add the roll on a baking pan, you might drizzle a bit of oil on the pan so it do not stick to the pan

6)
Put in a pre-heated oven with 190℃ for 45 minutes

7)
When finished, take out and cut in “sushi” bits
