Bacon zoodle salad

Just love Zoodles , and this is one of my favourite recipes for make it more delicious and yummy
4 servings

  • 2 zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 orange bell pepper , ( or red )
  • 250 g mushroom, sliced
  • 140 g bacon, cooked and crumbled ( more if you love bacon )
  • 2 dl warm pre-made milk sauce
  • ½ cube of chicken bouillon , ( optional )

1) Spirialize your zucchini and set aside. Cook bacon on a hot pan and let it drip off on a paper towel.

Slice mushrooms and bell pepper and cook it , in the pan with some of the bacon fat, medium to high heat, or until mushrooms are lightly browned.

Mix mushroom, bell pepper and crumble bacon together

Heat the pre-made milk sauce add boullion for taste , that is optional , heat through and serve as a dressing to the zoodles.

How to serve it : Serve Zoodle salad with a drizzle of warm milky sauce
