Absolute delicious, great for date night, or if you have guest, spice it up with garlic and thyme or what ever you like

  • 500 g rack of lamb
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • grounded black pepper
1) Trim for fat and tendons and pat dry with paper towel , rub in salt on both sides and cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least a hour.

Pre-heat oven to 200℃

Take out the rack of lamb and rub in the olive oil. Ground pepper over the rack and a tiny bit of salt
4)
Cook for 20 min
