Caprese salad

Easy peasy , no fuss side dish, great with any meat or fish.
4 servings

  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) basket cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

1) Toss together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
