Chicken and potato skillet


Dinner tonight, July 30, 2016
Fast and easy skillet, very fulfilling and taste full, serve it with your favourite gravy
4 servings

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 2 lbs. pre-boiled potatoes, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 handful parsley, chopped

1) Brown chicken in skillet in a bit of oil, till brown. put chicken in a bowl, cover and keep warm

Add onion, garlic, bell pepper and potatoes, add more oil or a bit of butter. Cook until onion soften but not brown. Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and oregano

Add chicken back to the skillet, and heat through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with any kind of gravy
