Creamy jalapenõ sauce

Sauce not for the faint hearted. Delicious soft and smooth, but HOT sauce for any pork chops or chicken. Use fresh jalapeños , give the best taste.

  • 175 g mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 jalapeño, finely chopped

1) Finely chop jalapeño, I de-seeded one and left one whole , it all depends how hot you want it. Set aside

In a bowl mix Jalapeño , sour cream and mascarpone until smooth.

Bring chicken stock to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit, pour in to the jalapeño mix, while whisking . Transfere back to the casserole , and let it simmer til sauce thickens or til your liking.
