Crunchy no-fry chicken

Fast, easy and super tasty chicken dish, serve it with your favourite vegetable and you have a super healthy dish

  • 70 g Finely Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 g Garlic Powder
  • 0.3 g Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.2 g Ground Red Pepper
  • 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 60 ml Swanson® Chicken Stock

1) Stir the corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper in a shallow medium bowl. Dip the chicken into the stock. Coat with the corn flake mixture. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Bake at 200º (400 degrees F) for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
