Egg wrap with salmon and avocado

Good way to kick start your day - absolutely delicious
2 servings

  • 8 egg, whisked
  • salad lettuce, whole lettuce
  • 1 avocado, finely sliced
  • 100 g smoked salmon, sliced

1) Whisk egg airy , and pour ½ on a hot pan, turn down the heat and let it turn into an omelette , when fished slide on to a plate. Pour the rest of the egg on the pan and repeat.

At one edge of the round omelette, layer salad, salmon and avocado , season with ground black pepper, then carefully roll it. Enjoy !
