Hangover breakfast dog

The perfect indulgence after a rough night out
4 servings

  • 8 hot dog buns, warmed
  • 8 hot dog sausages, cooked
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 4 egg, scrambled
  • hot sauce
  • Hollandaise sauce, pre-made or homemade
  • parsley, chopped ( optional )

1) Cook bacon on warm pan, let the fat drip off on kitchen papper.

Cook the sausages according to package, and warm the buns in the oven.

Warm the sauce ( easiest with pre-made one ) , according to package.

cramble the 4 eggs.

Breakfast dog assemble :
Place the sausage in the hot dog bun , top with egg and crumble bacon. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce and hot sauce
