Quick onion sauce

One of the best and allround sauces I have ever made . just goes with everything, meat, poultry, fish, pork . Pretty easy to make.

  • 2 dl chicken stock
  • 2 dl whole milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 onions

1) In a saucepan melt butter, fry the onion and stir constantly so they do not turn brown. Add broth and let the onions simmer 5 minutes under lid. Mix flour and milk together and stir in the onions , stir frequently . Cook the onions over low heat for 5 min. Stir occasionally..
