Salmon and egg croissant

Just the best way to start off your day, yummy

  • 2 Croissant
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • 300 g smoked salmon, finely sliced

1) Whisk together eggs and chives together , pour on a hot non-stick-pan , do not stir, turn down the heat an let it sit till becomes an omelette , be careful not to burn the bottom

Cut the croissant vertical but not through

When omelette is finish cute it in half. on the lower ½ , layer with smoked salmon, and flip over the rest the free ¼ of the omelette so it form a ¼ omelette pouch. Repeat with the other ½ of the omelette.

Carefully add the ¼ omelette pouch to the croissant and eat.
