Salmon filet with cloves orange peel

The absolute most delicious way to serve a salmon. Tasteful and sweet, serve with a fresh green salad
8 - 10 servings

  • 1 kg whole salmon filet
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 deciliter sweet dijon mustard
  • 1 Peel of orange
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Colmans mustard powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons bread crumbs
  • cloves for decorating

1) Preheat 200° hot air oven or 225° regular oven

Season salmon filet with salt and pepper, and lay it skin side down in an ovenproof baking dish

Mins mustard, shredded orange peel and egg yolk, and cover the salmon with the mixture

Mix mustard powder , sugar and bread crumbs and sprinkle over the salmon
Stick cloves in the salmon to decorate.

Bake in the top of the oven for 15-20 min. or till the surface get an other colour and cooked through ( til your liking )
