Strawberry dessert with macaroon and daim

Just to delicious, easy summer dish, will guarantee be a hit at every summer dinner.
4 servings

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 200 g Daim
  • 200 g Macaroon
  • ½ L. whipping cream
  • ½ L. Sour Cream
  • 6 tsp vanilla flavoured sugar
  • 4 tsp heaped icing sugar
  • fresh basil, for garnish

1) Crunch macaroons and daim , and layer in the bottom of a serving tray, set aside

Whip the cream to whipping cream

In a bowl, mix sour cream , icing sugar and vanilla flavoured sugar. Carefully mix the sour cream mix in the whipping cream . Layer on top of the macaroons, daim mix in the serving tray. Set aside

Slice strawberries and layer on top of sour cream garnish with fresh basil. Cover and keep it cold in the fridge until serving.
