Best quinoa

Absolutely the best healthy side dish, just love it . taste full and so easy to make , great for all kind of meats, poultry and fish
2 servings

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 handful sun dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

1) Runs quinoa in water and drain, add quinoa to a saucepan together with chicken stock. Bring to a boil , turn down the heat and let it simmer 15-20 min or till all liquid is absorbed, be careful that it not burn in the bottom.

2) Add peas, corn and sun dried tomatoes just before quinoa is finished and let it heat through.
Good with all kinds of poultry, meats and fish
