Mushroom soup

Absolutely one of my favourite soups, very easy to make , so tasty . A great tip - squees a bit og lemon juice over , to take the edge of richness of the soup.
4 servings

500 g fresh mushrooms
1 small onion
30 g butter
5 spsk flour
1 liter chicken broth
2 dl heavy cream
½ tsk salt
Freshly grounded white pepper
Serve with :
Baguette and a side of mixed salad.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Finely chop the onion. Melt the butter and fry onion until they are ready . Sprinkle flour and mix it together. Add the broth little by little while whipping. Put the mushroom slices in and let them cook for approx. 5 min.
Add cream and bring the soup to a boil.
Season with salt and pepper.
