Paprika pan

Fantastic go to dish.
4 servings

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 500 grams Beef, cubed
  • 250 grams cocktail sausages , or sliced hotdog sausages
  • 2 tbps paprika, (sweet)
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 onion Onion, diced
  • 1 veggie bouillon cube
  • 20 butter
  • 250 grams button mushrooms, quartered
  • salt and black pepper to taste

1)
In half the butter brown onions and meat and set aside

In the same pan add tomatoes, water and boullion , let it simmer 20 min

3)
Meanwhile on another pan , brown the mushrooms and set aside

4)
After 20 min of simmer, add back meat, onion and mushrooms and sausages . Let it simmer until sausage is ready to eat. Taste with salt and loads of black pepper , Serve with rice .
